Pipeline Road
Birding is done by walking through the first 4 km passing through tall secondary and mature tropical forest with some scrubbier areas. Along the way we cross many small creeks give good opportunity to find specific species. Uneven cobblestone/mud road, can be an adventure in the rain!
Ammo Dump Pond
Wetland ponds less than a mile from the entrance to Pipeline road.
Forest Edge
Fragmented forests, forest edges, and grassy areas near the entrance to Pipeline Road.
Tropical Rainforest
Step inside the jungle, under the canopy of the tropical rainforest. Warm to Hot.
Discovery Center & Tower
Hummingbird feeders, private trails and the Tower with 4 levels for observation including above the forest canopy.

All our tour guides have been certified by Panama’s Tourism Authority. CPR Training, Second Language Certification and a written exam are some of the requisites.

We make stops for lunch in which every person takes care of their own meals. We use many restaurants depending on where we are and any food requirements like Kosher, Halal, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc.
